"The shuttle to and from the airport was very easy to access. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful whether by the pool, at the front desk, or the cleaning service. Anything we needed (towels, shampoo, etc.-was taken care of right away and in a friendly way too). The room was nicely set up and spacious but the condition was less than expected (small bugs by the window). It was taken care of but they weren't completely gone even by the end of our stay. "The hotel is big and clean. The location was great and my daughter and I felt very safe on our own. My only complaint was with other guests that kept using the staircase exit by our room and slamming the door every time. But other than that It was a great stay. I’d return."

"Didn't appreciate being scammed. After checking in I was told to get my welcome pkg. Went to the desk next to front desk where lady asked for my driver's license, keyed information off of my license which took forever and then said at 9 am, 11 am, and 1 pm there's a place for us to go and have snacks and see a timeshare presentation. I want my info out of your system. That was called bait and switch and is against the law "

"We’ve always enjoyed this hotel. It is very accessible to the parks and the hotel is very clean. I like that the rooms are large enough for our kid to play and run around as well. "

"I've been visiting this property for more than 4 years and have always been happy...this visit with the waterpark area was a little disappointing....having to sign out pool towels was ridiculous. We had 6 in our group and we were only allowed 4 towels....Really? Miss the Liki Tiki!!"

"We have stayed the last 3 years. We like that there is a Walmart, a Starbucks, souvenir shop, liquor store and Black Angus steak restaurant within walking distance. Pool is wonderful. Wish we had a newer room like we had in the past. Great hotel to stay at! Free coffee and water always available!!"
