Amazing place. Don’t get a room by the pool if you’re sensitive to noise, the kids can be a bit loud but only during reasonable hours.

location was great, property itself is in need of renovations. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Both neighbors had dogs that were left in the room pretty much everyday alone and barking at everybody that walked by.

I couldn’t say enough about your hotel we really enjoyed staying there I liked that we were able to go outside on the balcony and look over the Ferris wheel didn’t feel like you were trapped inside! We asked for Blankets and pillows and they were brought right up to our room you guys are the absolute best we will definitely stay again the next time we go to a conference.

The hotel (actually it's a Motel) was good. The main flaw was the front desk computers were down and they couldn't really help us while trying to check in, they couldn't issue room cards (this lasted the entire stay, 4 days) The ladies at the desk were super nice though, I could tell they were frustrated but it definitely wasn't there fault. They were amazing:) This is a very old Motel and whomever bought it is having to do a lot of renovations. They are doing a great job with the renovations and my Family I felt very safe and happy staying :) The price was perfect and it's super close to all attractions and restaurants.

We had cockroaches on our fourth day and the front desk staff was unconcerned and told us we could bring it up with the manager later that day once they were in. Buffet menus didn’t change, but the food was good.

I’m confused as to why the bed did not have a fitted sheet. I found strands of blonde hair in the room, as well as on the sheets which was a little concerning. I then started questioning if the sheets had been changed. To top it off, there was dust all in the up and in between the buttons of a the remote as if it had never been cleaned or the room hadn’t been used in a long time. Either way, it was dirty looking. Besides those things, the room setup was nice, I felt safe within the grounds. I never stay at places to where the room door is easily accessible by any and everyone but I can definitely say I was not bothered as much by this fact since there is a gate/ security you must pass through in order to gain access. I’d stay here again but they definitely need to do better with making sure the room is guest ready.
