The hotel staff is great. The cleanliness and functionality of guest amenities was where I ran into some issues. It’s a great location with a great staff but the cleaning was just not up to par.

Elevator was nasty. Bathroom in room was nasty room had a smell. Around tub caulk was missing. Water backing up in tub. Horrible and they charge 15 dollars a day for parking.

The power went out at the hotel, then the fire alarm started. Apparently there was an electrical fire on first floor. You could smell the electrical fire in the lobby. There was only one front desk person and she was overwhelmed. We had ti evacuate hotel, pack in dark and walk down 5 flights of stairs. The room was already so hot from the outside temperature and no ac due to power outage of a couple of hours. We had to leave and get another hotel. I tried to call Expedia and ended up in a chat box requesting a refund. We are hoping to see that refund soon.
