The front door opens to a wide variety of independent restaurants and cafes, galleries, theatres and museums in a pedestrianised area and lots of interesting independent shops including coffee bean roasters"

"It's an interesting old building. Decor in my room was dated but bathroom more modern and bed very comfortable. The main restaurant looks a bit Butlins but the food in the bar was excellent on both nights. My second night was ruined by noisy occupants of 206, starting at around 2:30 and they left at around 5:30. Not at all sure they were guests. Had to leave 1 day early and reported the above. No comment. Doubt I will return to Perth but would certainly consider staying here as the location is...

"We didnt get to stay Hotels.com. they stopped doing accommodation in September 2020 and you did not tell us. What kind of business are you operating? Luckily i tried to pay & couldnt so i rang the hotel & they told me. You shoukd be ashamed of yourselves, happy to take the money with no thought for your customers. Do not recommend you company, will never book through you again."
