"The home is very well maintained, stocked and COMFORTABLE! Nice and peaceful and close to lots of restaurants and close to the gulf. The host is extremely friendly and responsive. "Clean and comfortable! Quiet neighborhood. We were initially concerned about the ability of the air conditioners to make the house comfortable, but they did the job just fine. The beds were also very comfortable! Jenniffer was helpful, and quick to respond to any inquiries that we made. Our son enjoyed the pool every day on our trip!"

Renovations are bad DIY. 1 very small bedroom window that won’t open so limited sunlight/fresh air when you want it in this sunny beach town. "The unit was bright and clean. It came with a stocked kitchen with staples and many appliances and kitchen utensils. It felt like we were visiting the home of a friend. The medicine cabinets had things you might need. Coffee, creamer and sweetener were provided. There were games in one closet. And there are two cute ground owls who live in a hole in front of the neighbors mailbox, plus a cottontail rabbit that stopped by one morning. Toiletries were provided. There was a wagon with beach chairs....
