"Fantastic!! 5 Star! Fully loaded 1500sq Ft house in the woods! 30 minutes from Santa Fe. My family loved the place. Martha the ownwer was super nice and very reachable. When we had a risk of a winter storm approaching the moring we left she contacted us and offered help from her family who lived nearby. Most definitely I'd stay here again!!"

"A five star property should be in perfect order upon check-in. The customer should not need to be responsible for finding issues after check-in. This property could easily be a five star rating if the following were taken care of before we checked in. The hot water to the shower in the main House took 20 to 30 minutes to warm up to use the shower. The drains in the master bathroom would not drain. The home needed a deep clean as there were many cobwebs and dust layers accumulated on surfaces....

"Great downtown Santa Fe location without the downtown Santa Fe prices. Easily walk to everything. Quiet. Comfortable. $10 parking is a good deal for Santa Fe and you can stay parked there until 3 pm of your departure day. It’s a two-story motel, so half the rooms require walking up stairs. Whole place has been renovated and looks great. A very pleasant stay."
