"First time to Paris, this hotel did not disappoint. Their customer service is exceptional, the door man to the front desk, restaurant staff everyone was amazing. The food was excellent so was room service. We were amazed by the heated toilet seat and towel rack especially as it was cold in Paris. I will definitely stay here again. Close to all brand name shopping, mall and walking distance to the Louve and many more places. Subway and hop on hop off bus across the street. Very convenient. "

"It was part of a package so we didnt actually pick it. For the value, it was fine. Yes, it has a/c but you can not control it. We tried to sleep with window open most nights but traffic noice was loud at times. If youre looking for more local feel, this is good. If you want the tourist hustle, maybe not here. "The hotel was good. We were two families and had two suites. Rooms were a good size. The breakfast was good, with good options of food. Staff overall were helpful and friendly. The only negative was it was extremely warm everywhere in the hotel and rooms. Upon informing the staff, we were told it was because the weather was unusually warm for the time of year and heating system was set.
