We initially booked the classic double room which is small as expected but the room looked clean so we were happy with it. However, the shower wasn't working properly on our first night, the water will run then stops every few seconds, we told them that night and they said the technician isn't in today so we informed them the next day again and they said they'll send someone to fix it. When we got back to the hotel later at night, the shower still hasn't been fixed. We went downstair to complain and the front desk lady told us that's how the shower works with attitude and gave us a room change after complaining. We changed our room and the shower WORKS! But you can tell the room is definitely not as clean and new as the other one.
On our third day, they didn't restock our shower amenities so we called downstair by pressing 0 then 9 which was told by that same lady who gave us attitude, obviously, the front desk number didn't work so we went downstair and this time it was a different guy with the same attitude. He told us we could've called instead because there were a few other groups on line waiting to check in. We told him the number didn't work and hangs up on us when we dialed 0 then 9, he then gave us a bad attitude saying "No, no, no! You don't press 0 and 9, you only press 9!", we were shocked by his attitude and told him that's what the lady told us and kept saying it's our fault. I've been to Paris a couple times already and never had such a terrible experience!!
