A nice little hotel at a convenient location. The room is small, but probably similar to other hotels in Paris. They have an elevator, so you don’t need to lift your luggage via stairs!

Simple and great location

Great hotel for a city break. The rooms are small but the bed comfy and we used it as a place to crash after being out all day. Shower was hot and powerful and the products very nice. Would recommend if you need something simple.

Very nice, clean hotel. Breakfast was served from 7am-12pm. Included scrambled eggs, breads, jam, croissants, cereal, cut meats, juices, yogurt and the best coffee machine. They stored our luggage on our last day and even called a taxi for our departure. Only complaint was the small bathroom for the four of us. The room however was very large.

We had a great 6 night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was small but clean and had everything we needed and house keeping came every day. Close walk to a few metro stations and restaurants. Ask for a room with a bathtub. Lots of chose for the breakfast buffet.

It's walkable to the Galeries Lafeyette and it wasn't too costly for a night stay in Paris. Clean, stylish for a boutique hotel. The room I was checked in to was considerably for a boutique hotel in Paris. Staff was a little unfriendly and not always on the lookout for guests. Service rendered is different from a 4 star hotel part of a hotel chain like a Novotel.

Fab!!!

Stayed here with my two friends and it was the most perfect location (3mins from metro)! The beds were super comfortable, however the room was small but also the perfect size, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Only downside was the loudness of the other guests / thin walls. Overall though it was amazing - would highly recommend!!

The hotel is in a great location ,we walked everywhere and the furthest point was the eiffel tower which was roughly an hours walk. We had a 3 bed and the rooms were a bit small however were fine for us as a family,water was provided daily however they didnt top the toilet roll up which when you have to pay every where in france for the loo was a little annoying ,also the beds were quite lumpy and slopped a lot . It was a lovely hotel with friendly staff and an amazing location however could do with better mattresses

Nice hotel at the heart of Paris

I spent one night in this hotel. It is very conveniently located, close to the opera with plenty of restaurants, bakeries, theaters and stores in the immediate surroundings. Well served by public transportation. My room was perfectly clean and elegantly decorated. It was small, but not the smallest I've had in Paris. The bed was was large and comfy. Many nice little things in the room at your disposal (coffee, tea, herbal tea, cotton pads, etc.) The staff was polite and helpful.

Room Ant-tics in the attic

Great location and lovely bright room suitable for our family. We had ants in our room on the 5th floor. We had some food in a cardboard container and when we woke up in the morning there were ants all over the food and floor. We reported to reception who gave an apology.

New Lafayette hotel rating

The location was close to Mon Martre and Gallerie LaFayette. The staff was great. I rate them as 5 Star except for one Person at the front desk who needs to work further on his tolerance towards the guests. Keep in mind that we are foreign to the country and we don’t know their habits or rules. Hotel receptionist who worked at night time must respect the clients and not yell at them.
