Brilliant stay - Location (next to Arc de Triumphe) and you can have a walk to the Eiffel Tower! Cafes and shops all around. The customer service is really good - they were very accommodating- our VIP extra through Expedia meant we got a bottle of wine - when we said we didn’t drink alcohol they instead gave us a free breakfast each for the 4 of us - so we were really happy. The breakfast was ample and of high quality and we were very satisfied. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily - whenever we asked for something it seemed a priority for them to sort it - I took family and they all said they couldn’t have asked for a better stay to visit Paris

this is a very nice boutique hotel in Paris. it is located very close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysées, in a quiet street, near many good restaurants and shopping. An excellent value to boot!

Great first class hotel in a fantastic location.
The Hotel Balmoral is a top notch hotel with excellent service. They made dinner reservations, cab reservations, restaurant recommendations without a single problem. The hotel is literally 1 block from a major Metro station and Arc de Triumph. The bed was comfortable and we had daily maid service. The elevator is small and quirky, but who cares, it was a great place to call home for 8 days while we explored Paris.

What sets this property apart from others is the customer service. The front desk staff is friendly, professional and tends to every need from making dining reservations to arranging for taxis to checking with you to ensure your needs are being met. The rooms are well appointed, including toiletries, but what sets these rooms apart from others is the size of the bathrooms. There are double sinks and full tubs, with toilets in a separate enclosed room. This is a rarity in cities, where space is a commodity. We have stayed here 3-4 times and each time we have consistently been shown the same level of service. We will be back.

My bf and I enjoyed staying in hotel Balmoral. Very clean and smell good. They change our bathroom towels and bed sheets every single day. We stayed there for 7 nights. Very friendly and professional all receptions. The best part about this hotel is location close to Metro and RER. So many choice of the restaurants and bar close by.
