The staff was friendly and willing to help, for a non-Italian speaking it was very helpful that all staff members I interacted with could help me in English. I have to say though, this is the first time that I have to pay a fixed fee for the airport shuttle service. Depending on the terminal it is the amount you have to pay. "

Some staff are polite and friendly others can’t raise a smile. Hot breakfast items were poor and stone cold, other breakfast items very good. Easily rectified issues but can they be bothered? "
