Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel is showing its age and needs a good renovation soon. However, it didnt spoil our experience. The views from the hotel and the room make up for any drawbacks. The service was top notch and all staff was very attentive and made you feel special. We would stay again when in Stresa.

Staff members are very friendly. It was a lot of Miscommunication on descriptions about the room when I went on their website the same room we booked said it has four people and then they were telling me an Expedia it was only for three the same so the charge for an extra guest but when I arrive, they told me there was for four. I believe there is no communication between Expedia and the hotel.
