"We had a really lovely weekend, accommodation was great but the view was out of this world. We would definitely go back, hopefully for a bit longer."

"I was unable to stay at the property as the key was not in the key safe. I had to book another property and have not yet heard from the owner or VRBO yet about the refund."

"Unfortunately this property was not as advertised with its gleaming photos - house was not as clean as it should have been with dust and dirt present, along with a lot of hair (that did not belong to us) on bedding and carpet. The bedroom with the two beds did not have a working radiator which left the room freezing cold and unusable for both nights for the two adults staying with me. Responses were untimely from the host and there was dog poo to greet us as we opened the gate to the front door....

"All in all, it was a lovely stay. Everything that you would need. Very well equipped. Just a couple of things that need upgrading. One of the sofas in the lounge. The springs are hanging at the bottom from the back and found it very difficult to get up from. Especially if you’re not as young anymore. The tv in the main bedroom (downstairs) didn’t work. Didn’t spoil our stay, we moved some chairs in to the lounge from the dining room. Great views from all windows. Many thanks for a wonderful...

"The location was amazing for anyone going to visit Goodison Park. It is literal steps away from the back of the Bullens stand. The unit was nice, though it could have been cleaned a bit better. There were no instructions that came with the unit so we couldn't figure out how to run the central heat and had to rely on the space heaters. We also couldn't figure out how to lock the doors (lift up on the handle while turning the key!) and had trouble finding the wifi code. A simple instruction sheet...

"Wow!! What can i say about the property and our stay....wow just wow! We had a fantastic time on our stay. Julie is an incredible host, very gracious and willing to help in any way. The home itself is 5*, very well maintained, a huge garden, and some of the most incredible views imaginable. My family loved it! We wish we lived there, its so serene and peaceful....morning coffee overlooking the beach and the Mersey cannot be beaten! Next time i go back to Liverpool i hope to stay there again....

"Beautiful property with exceptional views. The roads around the property are single track and there is a stone track up to the property so no sports cars!! If you want a quiet escape I would highly recommend however, in close proximity to Llandudno and approx 50 minutes to Snowdonia and Caernarfon. Lovely village pubs surround the cottage on the neighbouring villages. We will certainly be back!!"

"When we arrived there were cream chargers (laughing gas canisters), drugs clip bags and smashed glass all over the back yard. Also the end of a weed joint on the top of a door frame and blood on toilet paper. Despite this we were denied our security deposit after the stay "

"Wow what can i say, we had a perfect time staying here. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely and clean and the hot tub was amazing. Close to amenities and lots to do in surrounding areas. Definitely recommend x"

"Lovely place. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the parking wasn't very clear so we got caught out by the carpark down the road! Would be helpful if there was a sign on the corner of the street."
