"A lovely weekend stay at The Inn West End. The room was comfortable and had a lovely bathroom. Only negative is that the TV could be a little bigger. Breakfast was delicious and we also had dinner from the extensive menu which was very good. The staff are lovely and very attentive. We would definitely recommend a stay at The Inn West End!"

We booked outside of London central, because I wanted to take my friend to Gods Own Junkyard (awesome place). But, having stayed here, even though it’s a bit of way out I’d totally stay here when all my plans are central London based in the future. "Old historical pub which was only a short walk to Windsor Castle. It could do with a freshen up. Friendly, helpful staff made our stay most enjoyable. "

"On a whole our room was clean, fresh and very comfortable for our needs. However the wet /bathroom basin was too small and the shower needs a door or curtain as all the floor gets soaking wet. All the staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Would recommend staying here as convenient in all areas. "

"Room 10 had a strange smell. Think the bathroom extractor fan was not working and the drains need a flush through. Apart from that comfortable room and good breakfast."

"Rooms were pleasant enough and staff that checked us in were really friendly. No food options but in walking distance to plenty of places and town centre. Nice touch to leave out cereals etc for breakfast. Mirrors in bedroom/bathroom quite small so wasn’t the easiest to get ready. Cleaning staff knocking on our doors at 9:30 to ask us to leave keys in door (fine) but also reminding us check out was at 10 made us feel like we were being rushed out of our rooms (we knew what time check out was)"

"I used the hotel for the London marathon, was a place to sleep more than anything. However I thought this was a lovely hotel, at a very reasonable price given the area of London it was situated. The service was really good and whatever I asked for was no trouble. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay again. "

"Really good stay, checked in at a busy time in the bar but was seen to so quickly! Informed of all the information. Over night there was no noise and had a peaceful nights sleep. 10/15 mins walk to the nearest tube and only 20 mins into the city We will stay here again !! "

"This was our Second stay here for two nights, we come to see friends and family every now and then, we like it because it’s away from the hustle and bustle of Central London, lovely walks in nearby Richmond Park. "This small hotel was a perfect location in central London for my mixed business/family trip. A very short walk from the Thames, London Eye, The British Museum, many theaters and other attractions. Many convenient pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable, functional and reasonably sized for the price. (I have paid more for much less space in London)."
