Unique decor , very large rooms Large comfortable bed with extremely frieldly staf They were angelic , Alicia , Hanna , mandy and i didnt get all their names .we will be back as we felt very much at home . Thank you so much for looking after us during our stay .

A very nice hotel in a great location, right on Kew Green. Staff were generally friendly. We didn’t eat there as we wanted to try one of the other options. Kew Gardens are an easy walk away as is the river.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Parking at the hotel was a bonus in Kew. Breakfast was good plenty of choice. Would like to see toast and marmalade offered. Tea was served randomly from conventional pots to bags in the cup with no saucer? Seemed understaffed at times. However I would return as it has a very friendly atmosphere and very convenient.

A Perfect Weekend
Everything was fine. Nice hotel, friendly staff and good service. Location also perfect for us with Kew and Brentford fc so close by.
