The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel was an easy 5 minute walk to Earl's Court Tube Station with the Piccadilly and District lines. Heathrow is on the Piccadilly, so easy. The neighborhood has many good restaurants and coffe shops.

Overall a nice stay, close to transport, many food options in close proximity and breakfast had a good range of options. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only complaints are the size of the rooms (expected for the area but nothing too horrible) and that the walls were thin. We were able to hear conversations in the next room over and door slamming was an issue. The room serves its purpose which is all I could ask for.

The hotel was recently renovated in the last 10 years and its still shows. I had a single room. Bed, linens and accomodations were comfortable, clean and convienant. The best was the beautiful bathrooms and rain shower. Good pressure and hot water on demand made the trip even better.

Great room in a great location. Only downside was the room had no utensils (plate/cutlery etc) so eating anything was messy, and the shower was even tinier than you can imagine. Fine if you’re average size or below, but anyone on the bigger side (including big/muscley) would’ve struggled.

The hotel is ideally situated to explore London and very close to the subway Earls Court station. Rooms are small and beds also so if you are tall like me this is a disadvantage but it is acceptable. Room is cleaned daily. Continental breakfast is good value for 10 pounds.

Situated close to the Earls Court tube station easy to get to. Friendly front desk staff. The rooms are clean, but tiny. Passage from door to bed the width of the door. Bed is comfortable. The bathroom is also small, but the shower has pretty good size. Nowhere to put toiletries, so a shelf should have been added. The breakfast is a basic London hotel breakfast, but adequate to give you energy for the day

Excellent value

If you just need somewhere to sleep and affordable I think this place is pretty good. And it is in Kensington you can walk to natural history museum, science museum and Victoria art museum. Lobby is nice, just grab you laptop and do what you need to do. I find it pretty quiet, everybody busy with them self.
