"Stayed here one night for our trip to Universal Studios (only like 10 mins away) the next day. Sadly we didn't check in till 9 pm. The receptionist was ABSOLUTELY the sweetest thing and we were greeted with champagne. Kevin ran and changed it to sparkling cider since we don't drink. Parking is extra (no surprise there). They had a movie playing outside in the pool area and they were serving popcorn. My 11 year old was bummed we didn't get there but was happy with the ice cream machine and free snacks. The room had a sitting area, breakfast area, and a small kitchen. The beds were SUPER comfy. The pull out couch was a pull out couch comfy, if you get my drift :) The only down side was I did trip once because the flooring was a bit uneven. I don't know really how to explain it. It was like the floor panel was separating a bit so it cause the floor to be uneven. I just told my party, careful here and it wasn't a problem after. The AC's were a bit loud for me but considering I have a 19 month old toddler who wakes up at the drop of a dime, the "white noise" was perfect. My husband and I agreed that the next time we go to Universal, we will stay here before and after our trip. "

"Very clean! Great environment & close to the walk of fame without the noise. Rooms are small but very comfortable bed & nice bathroom. My only criticism is the lights beside the bed should not be yellow it’s not Great at night. Just a preference "

"I was skeptical at first because the ratings were either too low or Excellent. We were very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the Tilt Hotel. The staff were very nice and professional. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was very convenient. Thank you very much!! The only thing I would suggest is choosing a different scent in the lobby. It was overbearing. "
