Room was clean. It was convenient as we were going to universal studios. A few issues, not deal breakers but it would’ve made the stay better. The room had no curtains just some blinds which lighting from the street made it hard to sleep. The beds were very very soft. So we would sink into the middle

Honestly every time we come to Universal Studios, we stay at this hotel. It’s fairly close to it and it’s a clean hotel compared to other hotels in the area we always choose this one

It’s a great place to stay. I recommend it to anyone. The front desk is awesome. I have plenty of ice for your cooler. The room is nice and cold and nice and warm. The heat air conditioning works 100% water, hot fast very helpful people recommend seeing it at any time

Safe parking. Everything has a cost. Holding luggage, parking, food etc. Unable to check in early. Rooms were clean but old and noisy. Only a couple outlets in the rooms. Dark rooms with little lighting. Nice distance from Universal city walk. About 10-15 minute walk. Friendly staff. I'll give it a 3/5.
