Room was clean. It was convenient as we were going to universal studios. A few issues, not deal breakers but it would’ve made the stay better. The room had no curtains just some blinds which lighting from the street made it hard to sleep. The beds were very very soft. So we would sink into the middle

Our suite was out of tissue, soap , shower gel and the toilets didn't flush well you had to hold them and try a couple times. Also the entire place had a very strong cologne smell which didn't smell bad but way over powering.
