One person at desk and while they assisting another customer, they don’t talk to guest in line there nor offered if guess has quick question or something quick they can assist. "We loved our stay at El Colonial. The check-in was relaxed and flawless and we were greeted with a drink. The balcony with outside tub and shower and a generous seating area was our favorite part of our stay and we loved being on the fourth floor because of the view of Old San Juan.
