The view from the balcony in the morning was Amazing! Check in could have been a bit more easier. With no gate pass until you get into the unit, made it difficult to get past the front vehicle gate. The security box and person we spoke with, although very polite, really could not help us get in. Didn't have our name and registration for...

"We had a great time at Chris's place. The home was neat as a pin and the beds were very comfortable. There were tons of nice towels. ( but no beach towels... so bring those) There was a very slight musty odor that dissipated after a bit. Pool was warm (heated nicely) and there were plenty of lounge chairs to be used. There was a guy to drag your chair down to a place you desired on the beach (complementary) and would set up an umbrella for 20 bucks... Good deal. Furniture was all in great shape...

"We enjoyed Almost Heaven. The location is very convenient to shopping and dining. This unit has only 4 steps to get into the condo which is very helpful for seniors or those who have difficulty with steps. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely rent again."

"Perfect!!! The only drawback was the 2 queen beds. If you share with someone you sank to the middle, but alone it was fine. That was our only issue, everything else was great. Lynn goes above and beyond as a hostess for her property. It is so great with all the extras she provides. Only hope it is available for our next trip."

"We really enjoyed this place. Very clean and easy access to a quiet beach. Plenty of room for the two of us. One downside, the couch and chair in the living area are super uncomfortable. You can feel the springs in the couch. Other than that, we really onjoued our stay. Location is great as you have plants of beaches north and south."

"This was our 2nd stay. As always, the host was very nice to deal with and was always prompt in answering.any questions we had. Staff was friendly. Property was clean and landscaping was.well maintained. Disappointed.that swimming pool needed to be cleaned a little better from the debris and that the hottub was out of order for almost the entire.week. Overall it was a great escape from reality!"

"Our family of 4 (all adults) stayed comfortably here. The AC went out one day but was promptly repaired by the onsite maintenance staff. We were very close to the beach, which we loved, but had to drive to go out to dinner or get a drink. We didn’t realize this property was not very close to Siesta Key village. Our mistake. On site staff friendly and helpful."

"We came to Sarasota to celebrate my MIL’s 95th birthday. She resides at the Sarasota Bay club which is .6m from the property so it was very convenient. We found the property to clean and in good order. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, the AC worked well and the exterior was well lighted at night."

"We ended up staying here because the hotel we originally booked, sent us an email the day before we were leaving to tell us their pool would be undergoing maintenance while we were there (and the only place we wanted to be). We're so glad that happened because we loved the Hibiscus Suites! It exceeded any expectation we may have had.
