"The property was clean and had an amazing shared pool with a tropical backdrop! We loved that the beach was a 3 minute walk and the property provided everything we needed such as chairs, boogie boards, wagon, shovels, etc! The only negative was the pillows were terrible. Everything else was perfect! Would definitely stay again!"

"My family of 4 had a great stay at Rick’s home. The duplex had everything we needed for our visit. The beach chairs, umbrella, and shark tooth sifter were a huge bonus. Downtown was an easy walk and there is a park at the end of the street that the kids enjoyed. The beach wasn’t walkable for us due to the amount of stuff we had. As others have stated, the neighborhood is nice and quiet."

Close enough to the beach for super convenience back and forth if needed and the Siesta Key Village is right down the street. "The location of this property was perfect - less than 500 steps from front door to sand! Walking distance to a Publix for groceries. An umbrella, beach wagon and one chair are provided as well as four beach towels. The heated pool is an alternative to the beach. I was disappointed that there was no dresser or closet in the bedroom - disliked living out of a suitcase for a week. The kitchen was small but adequate for breakfast and lunch. "Beautiful property in an ideal location 1 block from beach. Private pool and waterfall are a highlight as well and are perfectly maintained.
