Wonderful birthday weekend getaway

"We had a lovely 3-night stay for my husbands birthday. We were unhappy with our assigned room (required two separate elevators and was very dark with small windows) and they graciously accommodated a room change and a complementary split of champagne! (I had mentioned my husband’s birthday.). Service was excellent throughout the weekend and our room was lovely. Merci!"

"Monsieur Jean is centrally located in Old Quebec. It’s 5 minutes to Notre-Dame de Québec Basilica-Cathedral, 10 minutes from Chateau Frontenac, and steps away from Rue St. Paul which has several shops and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and whimsical. The story machine by the heart in the lobby will provide you with a short story anytime of the day. Don’t forget to find the jewel or bijou in your room for a surprise in the hotel restaurant! The rooms are uniquely charming , extremely clean and beautiful. The staff were very kind and helpful. "

"Our stay was really nice, the staff was friendly with great hospitality and customer service! The building is old but very well maintained, the swimming pool was clean and the staff were attentive. The restaurant downstairs offers excellent dining experience. Our outside view from the room was beautiful! We highly recommended! "
