"I initially booked our stay for just one room to sleep 5, when we arrived the hotel very kindly upgraded us to a 2 bedroom flat with bathroom. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. One of the bedrooms had the water tank in so it was noisy and there was no soap in the bathroom. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient."

"I gad a single room which had a queen aize bed and was spotless. There was minor noise pollution early morning but nothing terrible. Staff were really friendly and helpfull. The bar had a good selection of beer and the food was good."

"Dirty room that smelled of unwashed male feet. Room old and in poor condition. I could not use my CPAP machine as the only electric socket was on the other side of the room. The facility was well below what I expected to fine in a Best Western hotel. A very sorry smelly experience."

"Enjoyable stay in this modern hotel close to Victoria Coach, Rail & Tube stations. Room was clean, large bathroom had everything you need, king size bed was very comfortable. Manager & staff were welcoming and helped take our luggage to our room. Complementary coffee whilst our room was prepared was very welcome. Recommended."
