Love this hotel and the staff is very friendly. It’s a little bit of a tough place to stay when there is a heatwave (no air con) but we LOVE the location (next to the park which has a fountain for kids to run in, a football pitch and the tube station). We will be back.
I really liked this hotel. It's what I would call a hidden gem, because I had no idea it was there. The building is clean, housekeeping is spot on, the staff are attentive, and able to offer advice on almost everything. The bar had a lovely atmosphere and the lounge had the largest TV on planet Earth. Breakfast was the best I'd had in any hotel. It's a 2 minute walk from the tube station, and close to all amenities. Just outside the tube station are a number of street food vendors, which looked and smell amazing. Go ahead and book, you won't be disappointed.
The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The only draw back was lack of parking on the premises. Also the bar had limited choice of drinks.
We stayed here last night and will definitely return to this Best Western.
Ian at the reception is extremely customer focused and made us feel very welcome.
We had a lovely room and when we asked for ice we were given it straight away.
The location is excellent for both getting to and from Wembley stadium and into the city. It’s one stop on the Lioness line to Euston.
There are many bars, cafes and restaurants on the nearby High Street.
Thank you Ian for making our stay so comfortable.
Overall 5/5 rating.
Absolutely lovely stay. Our room was spotless and so cute. However it’s the staff that make this place so nice. They’re lovely, really friendly, so helpful. They made our stay great. I will definitely stay again.
Maria was the BEST!!! She was so kind, helpful and even remembered it was my birthday, wishing me a happy one on my way to see Harry Styles. The hotel was well maintained, room was a decent size, especially for London and in a perfect location. Just a short walk to the tube, it was a easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. There was an e-bike parking area right at the corner which was also super helpful. I went to see Harry at Wembley and it was 7 stops away but also managed to go to the London Zoo, took a Fat Tire bike tour, Abby Road, Highgate Cemetary and Camden Market (a must!!). I would definitely stay here again if I visit London again in the future!!!
Clean room, lovely breakfast and very near tube station and theatre

Breakfast was good and cooked fresh. The floor boards in the room were very noisy and springy. The hotel was in a good position for our needs for travel on the underground, also in a nice area.
negative: not possible to have fridge in room. Lift out of order - many stairs. shower broken but manageable.
positive: comfortable beds, beautiful hotel, great location. Amazing friendly devoted staff - all of them - who do their best to take care of guests' needs, including valet service and use of staff fridge. Would definitely stay there again.
Really friendly welcome from Reception, and we were given a larger room than we had booked, which was absolutely lovely. Hotel is in a very quiet street so no outside noise at all. We were short of time at breakfast and the staff were so helpful, making sure we were looked after really quickly. All staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, we would definitely return. Thank you!

This is a lovely hotel with a cozy and homy feeling. The building is quite dated but for me that added to the charm.
The only problem is you get some noise from other rooms due to the old age of the building.
The location is absolutely amazing. You are in one of the best neighbourhoods and steps from bus, subway, and many shops and restaurants.
Overall, I will definitely stay here but will remember to pack earplugs.

Room was very clean, comfortable and warm. Nice en-suite. Good location, I even got parking on the Sunday for free. Will go back.
Plus points: friendly staff, good location, big room.
But: really needs redecorating - chipped and heavily marked woodwork, damp stain on the wallpaper, net curtain dirty and torn. Floorboards creaky, to the point we were woken up by guests walking around on the floor above us. It could be a lovely hotel but as it is, we wouldn't stay there again.

Room and bathroom were spotless, few tiny things like couple of cracked tiles in the bathroom, very creaky floorboards 😂 but nothing major. Lovely size room and plenty of space in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and standard size.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was lovely, everything you could want, served quickly.
Very close to this was swiss cottage tube station which was easy to navigate. Room was comfortable with 2 Firm beds and 2 soft beds. No flat sheet just a duvet which made temperature regulation difficult on some nights.
