"Didn’t realize this was a love hotel when booking. The neighborhood and reception desk was extremely sketchy, but the room was amazing. Sauna and bath were great and the coffee & tea was delicious. The pillows were a bit flat and the condoms were too small, but there was a massage chair in the room with mood lighting & karaoke. Overall definitely worth the price if you’re looking for a cheap stay between hotels."

"The hotel is approximately 2 minutes walk to Higashi Shinjuku station. Lawson and 7 eleven stores close by. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is good value for the price I pay. Rooms are small but that’s expected on most hotels in Japan. Staff are friendly and can speak English. "

"Quick check-in and check-out. Great location to enjoy the nightlife. Within close proximity to many restaurants, convenience stores, shops, etc. Free spa was convenient to start off the day and to relax after a long day walking around Tokyo."
