"Nice price and quiet, check in staff friendly. Very busy and tight car park especially if you have a van. Next door is harvester but couldn't get food as way too busy. Breakfast free and ok for free. Location was main reason for the stay and in my budget. "

"Excellent service from Ashley on arrival in reception. Very helpful and welcoming and ensured our bikes were secure in the ballroom! Receptionist when checking out was also very helpful and friendly."

"Hotel super. Staff in all areas were fabulous- friendly and extremely professional. Only one comment was that room 1 was noisy as directly above bar/restaurant and there was a group of men on a conference who were up until around 1am. However, could not fault anything else. Breakfast was wonderful "

"Fantastic stay. Room was lovely and spacious. Swimming pool was great for kids and adults. We tried the driving range with the family and the interactive games were fun. Excellent location for Belton House and the garden centre ice house had nice gelato ice cream. Only negatives were there were no more bananas or decaf tea at breakfast but it was extremely busy on the bank holiday."
