"Really great house: comfortable, clean, spacious! The only thing that was a bit annoying is that the porch is not covered and we were literally covered with the foliage from all the surrounding trees. Therefore, we couldn’t use the porch for eating, which was such a pity as we wanted to fully enjoy the nature and the wonderful weather. But, again, the house is great and really well maintained. "

"Loved the condo. It’s been renovated recently, and was spotless. Mind you, the bunk beds are pretty small, so they only work for young kids. Check in process was super easy. I just wish there had been more basic supplies (no sponge in the kitchen, really?). Walk up to the beach in a few minutes. Great place overall!"

"We enjoyed the condo and the million dollar views. Inside condo was very clean, bed is comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Condo feels very specious, perfect for couple or small family. We did not use sleeper sofa so unsure if it is comfortable. Easy beach access from Condo and there is a pool also close to building. We would highly recommend this condo. To the owners, thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us."

"Exactly as the listing showed!! Perfect for a couple or small family. Less than a minute walk to the beach and close proximity to many restaurants, shopping, etc. Host has everything you need to stay comfortable for a few days or an extended stay. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook your own meals if you want to save a few dollars on eating out. Bathroom upgrade looks amazing and I’m definitely stealing the shower design for our own bathroom upgrade plan. Lol"

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We liked the location although ‘ocean view’ was a bit of a stretch. It was close to shopping, golf and restaurants. We enjoyed the bikes-exploring the town. The accommodations were a bit tight but as the weather was wonderful it worked well."

"Good location, short walk to the beach. The Condo was very clean, inviting and well equipped. A lot of thought has gone into making sure there were plenty of towels including beach towels, beach chairs etc. The guest book was well written and informative. Plenty of good restaurants close by. Our host was extremely helpful,and responded promptly when we contacted her."

"This house was terrific! It was in a gated community so it was very safe. The owner, Gloria, quickly provided answers to any questions we had. We were six ladies playing in a four-day golf event in the area. As we are seniors, we each wanted our own beds, of course. As it happens, the house was so roomy and with the 4 bedrooms and the lay-out, there was no problem with that and all but two ladies even had their own bedrooms. "This was our first time in Hilton Head and we would stay again. This unit was in a very good location for beach access and back and forth ( did not have to rely on elevator) which was further away and always had a wait. The unit was clean, comfortable, and the landlords were very accessible. We did not have any issues and everything was as advertised. Very nice and would stay again."

"Shaneka is a wonderful host who is prompt in all communications. The condo is very well located and a minute's walk from the beach. Great restraunts and other points of interest at the island are all a short drive away. All amenities were well thought of and we had a pleasant stay overall. The only hitch we had was the AC, which did not work during our stay. But to the host's credit, maintenence was informed and they came to fix it, albeit unsuccessfully. It happens, but we look forward to...

"We stayed in the south building and it seemed newly renovated. Love the “beach” Colors in the room along with the small kitchenette and the double bathroom sink (with one outside the toilet area). Very clean, staff were attentive, beach was terrific! Location was very good too. My only suggestion - there is a $40/day resort fee. That SHOULD include beach chairs or the use of bikes. While I appreciated the ability to park and the other small perks included in the fee - most of those are standard at other hotels. Wasn’t keen that there were other charges on top of this daily one. "
