Ocean Front Complex! Super nice and updated, newly renovated, newer furniture, new paint, new ceiling fans, 1 minute walk to Coligny Beach! This unit is incredibly clean and well stocked. Walking distance to the new Celebration Park that just opened!

BRAND NEW Gel Foam Queen bed in bedroom and there is lots of storage. There is no door to bedroom, is open to hallway. This unit also has a very nice balcony with outdoor seating and GREAT views of the ocean! There are elevators through out complex as well as laundry facilities on each level. There is a very large private pool with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. This is a SECURE gated complex. You have direct access to the beach on a boardwalk, with outdoor showers. There is a newer ocean front sundeck with lounge chairs and a nice swing! BBQ and picnic area are available for your use and have been expanded and are cleaned everyday! THIS UNIT COMES WITH 2 BEACH CHAIRS AND 2 BIKES!!

Great stay in a perfect little condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at this Seaside condo. The place was very convenient, safe, and it was a beautiful property. The location of the complex was perfect. It was great for riding bikes up to Coligny plaza, with easy access to the beach, and the traffic wasn't too bad. The pool was really nice and it was shady in the morning and late afternoon. Never crowded when we went. The balcony was great. The view was nice. Everything in the condo was clean and comfortable. Our little family had a great stay. The check-in process, the communication with the owners, and the overall stay was fantastic and we highly recommend it.

Beach Getaway

We had the best week in Hilton Head. The location of this property is amazing as you’re just steps to the beach. We loved all the pathways around the property to walk or ride or bikes to coffee or shopping. We’d definitely stay here again!

Summer vacation

My husband and I stayed here in June of 2024. We loved the location close to everything. Right on the beach walkable which we really enjoyed. Everything included that you need in the condo! Just a little outdated in the inside, but we loved everything, and the owners are great!

Very much enjoyed our stay. The property is located very close to the beach. Check in was super easy. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The only thing that I think needs to be improved is the bed. It was extremely hard and very uncomfortable to sleep in.

I think the property managers could have been more attentive in correcting some of the problems that we told them about instead of finding fault with our approach in bringing up some of the shortfalls

Surprsied with how clear you can hear outside noise from bed including in the condo facilities hallways. Full size bed not queen as advertised The bedroom does not have a door. Other than these issues, it was OK
