"The property is undergoing renovations.However, that does not explain why.My television did not work in my room.And my shower was spraying all over the place. The night staff tried to be helpful, but the day staff really didn't seem to be particularly concerned about these issues at all. Also I arranged for light checkout and still had people knocking on my door multiple times before I left. I expected that if I had an issue, it would be noise from the renovations, but that wasn't an issue. Also, this hotel charges for a lot of things that traditionally hotels have offered as a complimentary part of a stay like holding onto your luggage before and after your stay. I would not stay here again."

"The room was clean overall but the finer details were missed. There was dust in hard to reach places and there was a stain on one of our towels. As well as this there were stains on the carpets in the corridors which weren’t a nice first impression. Our Tv did not work and when instructed by the AI tool on whatsapp on how to fix the problem, after following all the instructions the tv still didnt work. For the price we paid I would at least expect a working TV. Otherwise our stay was lovely. The location was good, the overall cleanliness was good and the room was very spacious. Another downside was when we arrived 2 hours before check-in, we couldnt use any of the lockers as they were all reserved."

"The hotel was very close to the rail system. It also offered food service to your room (stopping late evening) there is a bar and restaurant as well. The only issue we had was the AC was not cooling the room. We had to request a fan b/c we weren’t getting any sleep. Otherwise, it was a very good stay"

"Parking was free, easy and secure, staff were really helpful at all times, we managed to check in early and staff helped with an issue I had with my car when leaving. The rooms were big and although dated were generally clean, we slept well and did not hear much noise from the road outside or other rooms. We were on the 7th floor and the views were great. Extremely convenient for Wembley stadium and Arena. Windows did open in the room but if needed there was also an aircon unit that was very effective. Would stay again if attending another event."

"The room is clean, but the first room I moved into had ants in the bathroom. So they moved me to another room. The room they assigned me originally was on the first floor, but it that isn’t the main floor and it is two flights of stairs. There is no elevator. The next room was the first I moved into to with the ants and it was down stairs, less steps but still no convenient especially with 2 heavy bags. The third room was still in the basement area rooms (street level supposedly) but no exits except emergency ones on that level. They do not serve English Breakfast as they advertise. They do provide a meal token with a restaurant down the street. That restaurant doesn’t open until 11:30. I guess they will open earlier if they have enough customers coming early. I had to wait until after 11:30. They will serve you lunch or breakfast, but you have to ask for the breakfast. The restaurant was a good Italian Restaurant called Little Napoli Pizza Restaurant. Overall the place is decent and affordable, but far from luxurious. It is close to public transportation and a short walk/bus ride to the rail station. The staff was friendly. I feel I am being generous by giving them 3 stars."
