The staff are prompt to respond and very helpful, however the property needs more maintenance or renovation as it looks older than the picture shown on Expedia.. The environment is quite lovely with access to transport and nice places. Overall I will say I had a good time

I didn't expect such a thing from a 4-star hotel. There wasn't a fridge in our room which can be even found in a motel in Tanzania.

London Wembley international hotel !!! THIS HOTEL IS A TOILET In 30 years of staying in hotels this was by a long way the worst ! The room was drab and tired all the furniture looked like it had been up cycled from the nearest dump , and as for the bed book yourself a chiropractor for when you check out !! Moving on to the bathroom the water was hot and we got 2 towels however if a mouldy shower curtain and cracked tiles and more 1950’s decor is your thing crack on , the air conditioning in the room consisted of a portable unit plonked in the room that did work but sounded like a Boeing 747 , the tv was a treat about the size of my iPad at a push , oh an one more thing the carpets must of caught alopecia .

Amazing location for gig at Wembley stadium and the free parking a great help. Room was clean and comfortable for the night we stayed, tea and coffee a bonus. Main thing about the hotel is the staff, everyone we met was all friendly and welcoming. Thank you all and will see you again in November for our next trip

We stayed here for easy access to Wembley Stadium. By the time we came to make booking there were no other options. We had to pay an exorbitant amount for an extremely outdated room. The whole hotel needs a major clean and refurbishment. To get to the overspill car park you have to drive past rubbish skips. Positives include that it was 7 minutes walk to the station and the reception staff were helpful. However, unless there were no other options I would not stay again.

I’m not sure where to start…The ac didn’t work, everything was unplugged so I had to plug in things to try to get them to work which didn’t work most of the time, and the room was filthy. If it had not been so late after the concert we would have gone elsewhere.

Great location for proximity to Wembley. Good breakfast. Staff was very accommodating and nice, allowed us to check in two hours early. Horrible mattresses, dirty carpet, stains everywhere. Worked out great for avoiding tube crowds after Taylor Swift concert.

Where do I start? First of all the outside of the property is VERY run down. The pictures do not match the building at all. The beds were very uncomfortable, you could literally feel the springs in the bed. The shower felt like you were being showered by a power washer 😂, which made for a very uncomfortable shower. My son also found false eyelashes on the floor of our room. Most of the staff were not very friendly, but I do have to say a few of the cleaning staff we spoke to were lovely.
