"We have been staying in this hotel for the past 5 years. It has a Great location, short walk to Swiss Cottage tube station. Plenty of space for car parking (at £40 a day this is expensive). The family room ( 2 double beds) is a good size. The hotel rooms need updating as they are starting to look worn and old. "

"The rooms are very old. The headboard to my bed was off the wall as I walked into my room for the first time and needed to be fixed. In the meantime they let me change rooms. The 2nd room had a black hair on the pillow, an opened dessert wrapper behind the night stand and the fridge ice maker/freezer was inoperable due to it being frozen over. So I requested another room. My third room was a visible upgrade and was actually clean, who would’ve thought! The front desk was approachable about the issues but the manager and housekeeper were persistent on me not moving rooms and overall not pleasant to speak with about THEIR rooms that were not up to the minimum standard. The restaurants were sub par, very over priced and staff was fine. The overall establishment was decently clean and the rest of my stay went fine. "

"I've stayed at the Hoxton Shepherds Bush several times and it's always extremely good. The staff are friendly and efficient, the rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning is hardly audible. Highly recommended."
