"A good place to stay if you’re going to a show at Royal Albert Hall ( which we did ) - very convenient short walk. The hotel is next door to Kensington Palace & Gardens as well. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms which was very clean & comfortable on the first floor. We also parked in the underground car park at the hotel. This car park is not designed for large cars ( we were ok as our car is smaller Honda Jazz) but I wouldn’t recommend bringing a bigger car. "

"The elevators are terrible. Had to wait 15 minutes on several occasions. Some members of staff in leading positions were absolutely terrible to their employees. Yelling at them, in public."

"Loved our stay here, the location was amazing for the underground and local coffee shops and places for dinner. While there was coffee machines in the rooms, no mini fridge if you wanted creamer or drinks. And the Starbucks machine in the vending area was out of order. That was really the only disappointment!"

"Room is small, but for the price I paid it’s worth it. Not the most comfortable bed in the world but it gets the job done. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Short walk down the street to the metro. Nice neighborhood. "

"Great location close to Westfields, 3 min walk to underground. Great connections to central London. Rooms are beautifully decorated. Staff all very friendly and welcoming. "

"GREAT PLACE TO STAY, WONDERFUL LOCATION WITH LOTS OF SHOPS, PUBS AND RESTAURANTS NEARBY AND PADDINGTON STATION LESS THAN A 5 MINUTE WALK .MUSEUMS AND OTHER ATTRACTIONS ARE ALSO NEARBY. THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND BREAKFAST IS FANTASTIC, HALI AND THE REST OF THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND CANT DO ENOUGH TO HELP, WILL CERTAINLY GO BACK NEXT TIME WE ARE IN LONDON ,HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"

"Lovely welcoming hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was lovely with large single beds which are extremely comfortable. The hotel is amazingly quiet being so close to a very busy road. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying there again."
