Cannot fault this place at all! The staff are truly exceptional, all so friendly and go over and beyond to help. The only minor complaint is the internet keeps dropping but it’s easy to keep reconnecting it. The spaces are so much nicer in real life than on the photos. I’ll definitely be back, this place feel like home (a fancy 5* home!)

Excellent service, clean, comfortable. Ideally located very close to major metro and the staff was wonderful! Keep in mind no AC in case weather is Hot. I had wonderful weather and was very comfortable would definitely recommend.

This is a gorgeous property in a great location. The gardens and amenities are great! They are a newer operation and had a few little things to work out but the staff was friendly and helpful so it was great.

A beautiful space, that has been tastefully designed, within an amazing complex. Huge windows which makes the space bright and the bathroom is gorgeous bathroom and luxurious fluffy towels made my stay so nice. Everything you need in the kitchen space, with large Fridge/freezer. Love the wardrobe! Will definitely be back to stay again!

A hidden oasis

Very cleaverly designed space, it was definatley a feast for the eyes and senses! Lovely bedroom with a nice kitchen and all you need, the room is small but so well planned, the beds moves up to the ceiling to turn it into a little office space in the day time. There is an amazing coworking space and a library facing a beautiful garden below, even a cinema room, you cant ask for more! When you think youve seen it all, you havent yet!

The first impression of the hotel nice! Unfortunately the room were we stayed was not that clean and had some issues with the curtains, it was way to short to have some privacy. We could change the room and the there we had a broken curtain rod, missing things in small kitchen and so on. The facilities look in general good and the stuff was friendly, but please fix the broken or replace the missing things in time. The cleaning should be also better. Anyway we would came back on the next trip.

I absolutely loved the accommodations and the building it’s part of - amazing common areas to work and relax at; very stylish outside area with a beautiful fountain that gives you the feeling you’re at a high class resort. The room itself was also perfectly clean and offered everything I needed for my short 3-night stay. The bed is extremely comfortable and the home cinema opportunity with big TV and many channels to choose from is a great alternative for a rainy London day :) I personally appreciated the location the most since it was away from the crowded London areas while also having a perfectly connected Metro station at a 5-6’ distance (Underground Willesden Green) and a bus that stops directly in front of the hotel. The service also met my expectations and I felt well accommodated and supported during my whole stay. Beware: no European power sockets in the room 😄 Luckily, the hotel team helped me out with that as well. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again for my next trip to London. This accommodation is a great combination of peace and quiet while well connected to the city center, at a luxurious and fully new hotel. I fully recommend it 🙌

Interesting Experience

I recently stayed at The Brondesbury near a month. Positive side - Offers some excellent free amenities - Daily free coffee before 9:30 am was a nice perk, and having access to a free cinema room and gym was a great bonus - Location of the hotel is also convenient, and the kitchen facilities were good, providing a full set of cooking equipment. However, notice a lingering strong curry/masala smell inside the microwave-oven. Negative side - The availability of free or paid latte seemed inconsistent, with milk frequently being out of stock throughout the day. - Internet situation was particularly frustrating. The Wi-Fi password apparently changed without any notification frustrated me few days, and it took multiple attempts to get the new password (through email), and contradictory information from CS (WhatsApp- told me without changing the password). - The internet connection was unreliable, frequently dropping out for extended periods (10min to 2hr or whole night), which significantly impacted my ability to attend online meetings/WFH. - No-internet TV was also useless =D. - Requesting necessities/cleaning was inconvenient, had to be made via WhatsApp. Toilet paper took +1day and Shampoo refill +2days. But gave shower gel and hand wash, needing further follow-up again. ** Nestor has confirmed due to their internet security issue where personal information was compromised and accessed by a scam party and they have tried to contact me multiple times.

Veldig fint hotell. Veldig fint fellesareal og hage, med god stemning. Og veldig stille og rolig i uken hvertfall når vi var der. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personal. Men en del trekker ned. Sluket på badet var tett når vi kom, så det ble vann over hele gulvet. De fikset det raskt med avløpsåpner. Men da jeg spurte om noen kunne vaske der sa de at det eventuelt kunne vaskes neste morgen. Så da måtte vi vaske det selv for det var jo vått over hele badet. Og da så vi jo hvor skittent der egentlig var. (Se bilde av en håndduk vi tørket opp med.) og det var støvete og skittent ellers også. Men rent sengetøy. Badet var veldig rart innredet, eller mangel på innredning. Ingen skille mellom dusj og resten. Og dårlige blandebatterier. Veldig smal seng, men ganske god å ligge i. Praktisk med en liten kjøkkenkrok. Men ingen knagger eller noe til å henge klær eller håndduker på. Dyr kaffe om morgenen, og ingen kaffemaskin på rommet. Men et forholdsvis rimelig hotell. Det positive veier nok opp for det negative her. Så hadde antagelig bodd der igjen.

Wir haben uns gefühlt wie im 5Sterne-Quartier. Neues Haus, wunderbares Interior mir Billard-Tisch und hauseigenen Minikino zur Nutzung, mehrere tolle Sitz- und Chillbereiche, Garten. Freier Kaffee morgens bis halb Zehn. Das Zimmer selbst war nicht das grösste, hatte aber die kleine Kochnische mit Ofen, Kochfeld, Kühl-/Gefrierkombination und Wasserkocher. Das Bad war modern, auch hier die Einrichtung mega schick. UBahn gut zu erreichen, ca. 10 Minuten Fußmarsch. Auf dem Weg dorthin gibt es einen großen und gut sortierten Sainsburys. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!
