"Came to Charleston for a college tour with my daughter. This hotel is a little outdated, especially the rooms/bathrooms. The door to our room closed all the way but the hallway light shined through. The tub was old, had wall paint on it, and was cracked/peeling in spots. It wasn’t a terrible room but could definitely use some TLC. The breakfast was decent and staff was friendly. "

The pool is very small, so if you want to hang by the pool, you may not get chairs, as they are limited, especially if there are multiple bachelorette parties. We did have some challenges with our neighbors, as you could hear their conversation when they returned at 4 a.m. Overall, I would recommend the hotel "
