"1) Very nice building and clean room. 2) Hotel location is not too good, no restaurants or shops nearby, however, you can walk about 20 minutes to get to Lalaport shopping centre or you can take local bus as well. 3) To go to Kashiwa city centre you need to take bus route #1 and cost ¥300 each way. 4) Breakfast was okay, not too much choice to choose from. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with reasonable prices."

"The hotel was nice. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Expedia needs to fix their description of certain rooms having a clothes washer/dryer. We booked the room specifically because it said it had a washer/dryer, but it turned out to only be a washing machine with no dryer functionality. So we still had to end up carrying our wet clothes to the public dryer machines on the other floors."

"We arrived in the evening. This place is conveniently close to the station. There is also a supermarket in the same building. The hotel is safe as you need a room key to access the floors with guest rooms. We enjoyed the breakfast with the view. Rooms were very clean and the room was large enough to accommodate 4 people. Staff was very helpful. We would stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the International Garden Hotel Narita. The convenience of having a 7-11 inside the hotel and a mini mart outside were nice for a quick snack and frozen treat on the hot day we were there. The shuttle to and from the airport were very on time, easy to find and we had clear instructions. The time from airport to hotel is around 25 mins and hotel to airport 30 mins, so plan accordingly. Take the time to walk to the Narita gardens nearby, truly breathtaking and serene....
