The rooms are quite small but typical of Japanese hotels. The public bath is not large but is excellent. The breakfast buffet is excellent and good value. Located near the train station and main tourist street down to the temple. Good value for money. Free shuttle to Narita airport (20 minutes).

Great stay close to Narita. Near both train lines and free shuttle to airport. Clean with onsen and easy walk access to old aeon mall and walkable to new aeon mall. Lawson store downstairs with usual foods and drinks. Will stay again, good value hotel and can stay from a late flight if trains stopped and cheaper than Tokyo hotel rates.

The location is super convenient, very close to the train station with an elevator, which made handling heavy luggage a breeze. While the room was a bit small, it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Best of all, the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay!

My first time in this APA branch. Staff was not as friendly as the other branches i've tried. I only had interaction with 1 staff during my 1 night stay. Room was small but functional as usual for an APA hotel. Public bath opened till late and check out was easy. There was also a free airport shuttle that departs on a schedule. This was a very convenient plus point for me. Hotel was also conveniently located just minutes walk form JR Narita Station and Keisei Narita Station. The public bus to Aeon was also near by. There are also several Conbinis nearby.

I like it and it was near the station and not to far from the restaurant and bar and they take you back to the airport when you leave so it’s a hotel to stay on your last day in Japan and you can weight your luggage too there before you go to the airport in case you taking so much stuff and trust me it’s a good hotel and it’s cheap too if you have a big family make sure to get a two bedroom because the rooms are not that big but for one and two people it’s good 👍

Super clean hotel, and accommodating to English speakers. The room (single one) is small, but honestly the perfect amount of space. I really enjoyed the onsen & the breakfast buffet. Also super close to Keisei Narita station as well as Aeon Mall, Don Quijote, and a bunch of yummy food spots. Great hotel, would definitely come again.

This location was quiet and convenient. However the breakfast was the worst compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Japan. The dining room definitely needs a makeover. The patched holes in the seats and the posters in frames too big made it look tinned down. The food was also not the best tasting. The fish seemed boiled instead of fried. Also, the step up to get into the bathroom in our room was quite high and dramatic. Not the best for those with mobility issues. The bathtub was also smaller than other places I have stayed. Would probably not choose to stay here again if there were other choices available close by. Lastly, the heating and cooling is controlled by the hotel so be aware of this.
