Very nice hotel even when you’re traveling with toddlers they were very nice and sweet to them, close to many food spots and mall’s. Overall great experience and you can explore near the area. Definitely will visit again oh and they have ATM MACHINES AND CURRENCY EXCHANGE LOCATED IN THE LOBBY SUPER CONVENIENT!!!☺️😊

Better than I expected. The room was clean, the bed was good, and the linens were too. The bathroom is outdated but clean. The breakfast is Japanese-style, so forget Western food, but it is good. The staff are good and speak good English. If you fly in the morning or early afternoon, the free shuttle is good. Whaterwise, you will need a cab or the train.

Third time here, so we know it is a good place to stay. Convenient and clean. Rooms aren’t huge but comfortable enough. Breakfast buffet is good and there’s plenty of dining options close by . Also nice to look around old Narita if you get the opportunity.

We ate in the hotel’s restaurant a couple of times. At one point, I had left something behind at the restaurant, and the front desk was quick to call me so that I could retrieve it. The location was very close to the train, which was convenient for us. IWe only stayed one night before flying out, but walking the streets with the temple on them and seeing the Lil souvenir shops was kind of a fun way to finish up our trip. I would stay here again, given the opportunity.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially after a long day of travelling. They did not keep me waiting at all for my room to be issued and signing a document loved that. The single room was perfect. It had everything that I required. I was very impressed with the charging adapters. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is after cleanliness and friendly service.
