"The proximity of the property to downtown Dublin is unbeatable. Being located between the Guinness Storehouse and the Temple Bar made walking a breeze. The parking was extremely secure and I felt comfortable leaving my rental car. My only issue was exiting the locked car park early in the morning. I was given a number to call if I left before 10am to open the gate. They were helpful, but it still took ~20 minutes before I could get out of the car park. "

"This was a good choice for a 1 night stay. If staying several nights in Dublin, I would probably go elsewhere. The location was very good: a short walk to the Liffey River and touristy section of Dublin. The immediate Area of LIVStudent Dublin was less touristy and had some good pubs (Cobblestones has good live music, Walsh's Pub had great atmosphere, bartenders, and friendly locals) and restaurants (Lavanda, Wuff). "You get what you pay for. It was the least expensive of the hotel options in Ireland. Not that close to the attractions, but public transportation is easily accessible. The room gives you the basics. No tv, coffee maker or hair dryer. There is a coffee shop and a convenient store on the ground floor. There is a shared kitchen on every floor. It suit our needs since we were out most of the time."

"One of the worst hostels I’ve been to. Rooms are not that clean, there’s no cold water, no curtains on the windows in the room, you’re basically paying for a bed and that’s it."

"The area was beautiful and the few staff we encountered were courteous. The bunkroom we stayed in had dirty blue pillowcases, fitted sheets, and duvets. This is a shared room hostel which is a great way to meet people from around the world. The wifi was so weak we had to either sit at reception or not have access. Just like any other hostel, you rent towels and strip your own beds of the white linens you place there prior to sleep. The building wasn't well maintained and there was no sound limit...

"The accommodations are Spartan but quite adequate and very reasonably priced. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. The area is in the heart of Dublin easy to get everywhere. "

"It's very central location, though sketchy enough late at night.. like any major city Dublin despite its relaxed vibe has a drug problem and to be aware of your soroundings is important.. Take common sense care and you should enjoy your visit. I stayed for one night in a small single room ,with a sink in the room .. bed was comfortable , staff are very friendly, and despite that morning no hot water in shower. Dublin is now very expensive to visit and with some extra effort in maintenance...

"Good sized studio, well equipped, quiet, comfortable, secure. Oven but no microwave. Lighting very low in the living area. Mattress was saggy and lumpy - needed a new one. Cafe downstairs, open until mid afternoon. Excellent location on the Liffey River, walking distance to just about everywhere within about 15-20 minutes. Cross the Ha'penny Bridge to the Temple area with lots of restaurants and bars. Trams on the block behind, buses out the front. "

"everything we wanted to see, and experience was right out the front door. from excellent food, coffee, shopping, touring! we had a room with a tiny kitchen, and the bathroom shower was amazing. the friendly staff, and, an elevator. thankyou grafton. we definitely recommend staying with grafton. "
