"Newly renovated by new owners and really very nicely done. The beds are super comfortable and even nice pillows! It was the last weekend before closing for the season. We were disappointed the pool was closed. Rooms are clean and modern. No phone in room so if you need something you have to go to office. You also have to let them know if you want clean towels and beds made while staying there. Just a minor inconvenience. We weren’t given any written or verbal info on TV operation or much of...

"Great place to stay "

"The room was very clean and both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious. Amenities included microwave, fridge and a large coffee machine. Would definitely book again. The only downside is you can hear the noise from outside which can’t really be helped. My dog and I would wake up every time our neighbour left at 4am."

"We stayed in the Cottage, which was lovely. The private garden in particular was great. The room could do with a few more amenities though, such as a fridge, coffee machine and soap etc. "

"Had to wait a long time to check in bc there was a long line. Eventually another gal came to help check people in. Room was large and nice. Carpeting is older and right outside of bathroom by bathroom sinks which is a little gross. Mattress was soft but pretty comfortable. Room was very clean. Ate at restaurant, very good food and great service. Also had drink at bar at night. Nice bartender. Continental breakfast is very good for a continental. They gave more than what I was expecting....

"Didn’t explain at check in that breakfast cost $13.50 per person. Not told until we walked up. Food was cold when it should have been hot."

"I was aware that this was “glamping” of sorts and thought accommodations were clean and comfortable. Lovely people working there and it is full of charm. I would like to see a quiet policy posted as there was a loud group of people having a very loud good time outside our cabin until wee hours. With no quiet hours policy posted I didn’t feel comfortable asking them to be quiet. Management goes to sleep as well so there is no employee around to ask for assistance either. "
