Great hotel in perfect location - excellent staff

"Fantastic 3 night stay here with my daughter. Hotel is very central - perfect for exploring. Rooms were spacious and comfortable; beds especially with great pillows / bed linen. Upgraded to a room with a view, which I am glad we did. The staff really make this hotel - they are incredibly friendly and professional. Minor point but the hotel is quite 'design-led' which meant some of the practicalities I would expect in a hotel room were missing - namely hooks, so hanging up towels after showering, or bath robes which were still damp was not possible, and the shower rail wouldn't hold 2 lots of towels. This meant we were given more towels when from an environmental point of view, we didn't need them. Pool is an added bonus but was a bit chilly! It certainly is a pool with a view too, and very nice just to chill out on the loungers. Would definitely recommend and would go back. "
