"These appear to be privately owned vacation rentals that are managed by a unified rental group. We have stayed in two on our trip within the same park. They were vastly different in cleanliness, condition, and amenities. Cleanliness on the whole wasn't great, but our second place really made the first look like a palace. "Arranged for late checkin and was given instructions to obtain key from lockbox. Not advised there was a security gate that required licence plate number to be provided for access. Had to park and walk to unit in dark with two small children. There were no towels provided and had to purchase them in morning. No hand soap in unit and only one roll of toilet paper for four people / four nights. "
