Property was clean upon arrival & spacious, but they do not provide bath towel and didn’t disclose that, however you can purchase them there (2 towels for 8€). Another thing that I didn’t like is that they give you a curfew .. you can not entire with your vehicle past 11pm. If your vehicle not inside premises you have to park outside & walk to the cottage which in my case was a bit far from entry. It would have be helpful to have disclose this information on website prior to booking. I rate the staff a 4 out of 10. The manager was quite rude & didn’t help at all. On the other hand the other worker was sweet & tried to guide us best possible. Another thing that listed on the website is that they help you book activities which they do not. But other than that the property is well maintained & safe especially for a family .. ..

Bring your towels & things. It’s a simple stay.

The stay was nice. The kids really enjoyed the pool! The location is quite far from public transport and from Albert Heijn, so that wasn’t very fun.

A convenient place to spend a few days. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The on site Italian restaurant served nice quality food. Overall we were satisfied.

Everything was great. The room, the location, and the easy access to renting the bikes. Only downfall was receiving only 1 roll of toilet paper for 1 week for 4 people. As well as the walk from the hotel to the train station was about 20 minutes of a walk and in the night there’s no lights besides your phone lights.

Nice park, lovely setting.

Beautiful surroundings, the cabin was clean and comfortable with lots of cooking utensils. Pool was warm and clear and the restaurant was really good too. It's not a hotel and the reception is closed early so make sure you take supplies with you as the neatest shop is quite a long way away!

We loved having our own little place for three weeks while visiting family & site seeing!! It was clean & perfect for us! The whole Euro Parc was beautiful & well kept too. The Italian restaurant Sophia's was a great place to have dinner. Highly recommend this place to anyone. We are from Nevada, USA and definitely will be back!

Nice stay in Spaarnwoude

Nice houses in a quiet environment. Both the houses and the surroundings were clean. It was easy to go with train to Amsterdam. There are fine grocery stores only a few miles away and a large outlet with clothes.

We walked daily to and from the train station, about 20 minutes. We had a really good meal at Sophia’s, and grabbed ice cream bars from Crazy Fries. Disappointed that we had to pay for towels, that was a high unexpected cost. Our place was great for four people.

The accommodation was very clean and tidy. However the garden was poorly maintained, the patio had weeds growing up through the paving and the 'grass' needed cutting. Loved the house with it's tiny toilet and enjoyed the facilities on the site.

Modern property with its own garden, perfect for what we needed it for. Only downside is its quite far from public transport. Also wasnt aware of the deposit when booking, €100 per person was taken when we arrived and there were 4 of us so we paid €400 before we even sstarted our holiday

Thanks for a great memory

We chose this place as it was near to Amsterdam central and other attractions nearby. It has a pool, kids area and great onsite restaurant (Sophia's). It was only 55min from the Hook of Holland ferry. The park is set in great surroundings for walks/cycling and running. The apartment was V good and had all the things we needed. We cooked ourselves and ate out too. The view of the pond was good and we weren't overlooked. Highly recommend.

The bungalow was pretty and had its own little garden and view over the water. Inside the house had almost everything. Negative: we endured two nights cold temperatures as the central heating was not working. Two days in a row came technicians trying to solve it. When I complained at the reception, there were other three people having the same issue in other bungalows so it seems that nobody is actually checking that the infrastructure is in order So apart of two cold nights and rainy days with no heating everything else was in order.

The cottages are nice, spacious and well equipped, virtually all have waterfront views and parking outside. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities are good, with swimming pool and a small gym, alongside a small shop and "crazy fries" takeaway. It's 5 minutes drive to the nearest train station which is 2 stops to Amsterdam Central. Issues are we were arriving later, after reception closed at 5pm and the key access instructions email came very late (by 4pm UK time we still didn't have them), so this was stressful. The other big issue is location, unless you like plane spotting! It's on the final approach to Schiphol, so there are constant jets low overhead, wheels down - it stops around 10pm but is constant through the day which is really disruptive. It's a shame as without this it would have been perfect. Probably wouldn't stay again because of the noise, unfortunately.

Overall a very nice property to stay at. Clean, modern and well maintained. A few points of consideration however: 1) when booking through expedia, there is no mention of a deposit to be taken on the day. We were quite surprised to have to pay a deposit of €100 for each person staying. We were also quite surprised that we had to make our own bedding, as bed sheets and pillow cases were left on the bed for us to do. Transport links to the property are also quite difficult. Although there is a direct train to halfweg station, it is still a 20-25 minute walk to the property. The property was fully equipped with kitchen and utensils however some small tea or coffee sachets would have been a nice touch as we had to source everything ourselves. No soap or towels included either. This doesnt take away from the fact that it is a really lovely place to stay but for the price that one pays, one would expect a little bit more. Also there is a quite rigorous cleaning process to ensure your deposit is returned to you. My advice is to definitely consider staying at the property, but be prepared i.e with transport, food & drink and hefty deposit depending on the number of people staying.
