"I feel quite conflicted by my stay at the Hyatt Centric. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. The room size was great - there was lots of space, but it was very dark with only 1 window, little interior lighting and no view. Bathroom / Shower was big and spacious. The hotel advertises a pool, but this is false advertising. You cant swim in it as it is only about a foot deep and should be called a puddle not a pool. "Loved staying here every thing is close by walking distance. Melissa the lady that checked us in was simply amazing and great communication and accommodating. The room was nice and big and fully equipped with everything we needed. The doors a a little wanky but overall it was a great stay. I’ll definitely stay here again. "

"This review is for the Waikiki Banyan hotel. We were re-accommodated to it, not by choice as the 2 bedroom unit we booked in the Ilikai was no longer available. We were told this 9:30 pm the night before check in. They re-accommodated us to a small 1 bedroom unit with not enough beds for our party of 5. The unit looked clean, and everything worked except the door lock on the bathroom....
