I picked hotel primarily due to its convenient parking and was included in price. The hotel was located in a prime location, within walking distance of the beach and the ABC store. However, I would have preferred cleaner and more modern rooms. It was disappointing that we were unable to utilize the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, or pool area, as they were under construction. The hotel was not advertised online until after our check-in, which was communicated to us verbally as a significant disappointment. Another issue you don’t get fresh towels daily.

Clean room, great location just a block from Waikiki beach and shops. Nice having the bedroom separate from the rest of the suite. Kitchen well equipped. Availability of things like boogie boards and beach chairs. Parking very good and included in the price. It was windy and on the 15 floor the wind whistled through any gaps. An issue is that I booked with Expedia resulting in some breakdown with communication. Had to ensure they had my email rather than the Expedia link causing some initial confusion with room access

Great location and value. One block from the beach and free garage parking! Comfortable rooms. Just need to get used to a lack of some amenities. Rooms and building need a bit of renovating which it seems they're in the process of doing

It is just the perfect place to stay on your Hawaii vacation, it has everything you need. A block from the beach, convenience stores, restaurants at walking distance… parking included (which will be very expensive if you are staying at a hotel). The place is very convenient, smooth check in/out process… and the staff is there to help with anything you will need

Room was not completely cleaned when we arrived. Check in staff only available until 4pm so make sure you arrive before that time, otherwise they’re available by email. Location is convenient, short walk to the beach but the cheap price is what you get.

They expect you to keep all towels for a week. They exchange them weekly. They don’t supply toilet paper, only a few rolls at the beginning of your trip. No room service unless you want to pay like $80 per day. They should mention all of this when they offer their rooms so we are aware.

My family and I stayed at this condo for almost 3 weeks. It was absolutely perfect for all of us. Plenty of space, clean, and access to the beach was a quick walk. Rochelle Martinho was amazing! Communication was always quick and helpful. She helped ensure my family and I had the best time. I would absolutely recommend this property. We had the most wonderful time!

Check in was like a safety meeting, you had to wait until they showed up to check you in and give you a 45 minute talk about getting into your room. No amenities. Rude, didn’t communicate well. Did not enjoy our stay. Don’t waste your money.

Location was great, close to the beach and stores & food all within walking distances. Only problem i had was finding the place because it doesn't say sweetwater anywhere. I had to go into tower 1 to check in and sweetwater was in tower 2 . Kinda confusing at first but once we checked in everything was great .

Sweetwater Waikiki is a good place to stay in Waikiki. I liked that they include a parking pass, otherwise it was $50 a day to park there. Amenities are pretty nonexistent- the property is undergoing renovations and will be for at least a year, so no pool or hot tub, but the parking pass made up for it. Be sure to bring your own travel toiletries because the ones they provide are not good- tiny bar soaps and tiny bottles of shampoo, no conditioner. One rather odd thing about the unit I stayed in was the floor was very slippery. There was a layer of floor cleaner residue all over the floor making walking in the unit difficult. Overall I would stay there again, it’s a great value for the location and I’m sure it will be even better when they complete renovations! Also their employee Rochelle is absolutely awesome!

スタッフはとても気さくで、色々助けていただきました。部屋に電話が無かった事、混雑時エレベーターになかなかのれなかったりする事、ホテルのフロントではなく、チェックインはタワー1の四階に行かなくてはいけなく、そのオフィスは毎日空いてない事、プールはリノベーション中で利用出来ない事を分かった上だと、安いし問題は無いかと思います。

I'm rating this property a 1 because upon arrival discovered that the pool & ALL amenities were closed and we were never told that ahead of time. We traveled from Alaska so a pool on our tropical vacation was a MUST, kind of the point and INCREDIBLY disappointing when we discovered we didn't have one of the only things we came for. Then, when we asked to be refunded so we could move, we were told to take it up with Expedia because that's who we booked thru (Any guesses on how well that went?). We weren't the only ones who didn't know either - the couple in front of us was equally as upset and the wife was visibly crying. Property itself was in good location just a couple blocks off of the main drag and all of the mayhem that is Waikiki. Unit in very large, very busy hotel - expect to wait in line for elevators. Unit itself was decent - spacious for 4 people (one king, one queen murphy bed). Very clean, but strong smell of Fabuloso cleaner and tile floors had an odd, slippery film on them. Pool closer was effective April 7 2025 until further notice so if you are planning to stay there anytime soon, you may want to call first (Also known as the Waikiki Banyan).
