Beautiful Newly Remodeled Studio with canal, city and mountain views

Fully renovated studio, perfectly situated in the middle of Waikiki beach and Ala Moana Mall, high floor with amazing canal, city & mountain view. Steps from dining, shopping, and a short walk to the beach and Hawaii Convention Center. Fully furnished with new queen bed, sofa bed, a desk and chair, clothe rack and dressers. Having WIFI, smart TV, air conditioning; full equipped kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place.

The property is located in the same building as Waikiki Monarch Hotel. You can use hotel's facilities such as swimming pool, hot tub and BBQ Grills for free. You can also use the Gym for $5 per stay (obtain a gym pass from the office)

There is a parking garage in the building. One night parking fee is $45 and multiple nights is $40 (cash only) with in and out privileges (considered having the lowest rate in Waikiki). If you rent a car from one of the two car rental companies (Honolulu Car Rental and 808 Smart Car Rental) in the lower lobby, your parking fee would be $20 per night.

FYI: you don't need a car in Waikiki. I would suggest that you only rent a car for those days you are going far away. Having car rental companies on site is very convenient.

Before check-in and after checkout, you can store your luggage in the lobby office for $5 per piece if needed.

Please note:
*Every 1st Tuesday of each month, there is no water supply between 11am - 3pm due to building water tank maintenance.
*This is a non-smoking room. The sofa bed is not suitable for people taller than 5'. (Basically, it is only good for kids.)
