"I stayed at this hotel for more than two weeks and I really found it to be an excellent place to stay. During my stay there were no issues at all and it was relatively idyl and peaceful. The hotel staff is also superb and very friendly, and their etiquette is phenomenal. Also close to Garden State Plaza mall so that’s a plus. A bus stop to NYC is just right outside. "

"The owner is very nice. Other staff, not so much. In fact, my fiancè was literally yelled at by the housekeeping lady just bc he asked for extra towels!! "Great and friendly staff. However I grabbed two bottled waters and the young gentleman asked if I was using the same card as the one I used for my room. I answered yes and he said he would charged it to the room. Turns out he charged me $25 for just 2 bottles of water. Definitely use your card when purchasing food/drinks. The nice young lady and other gentlemen charged my card and there was no issue with pricing. The pool is small but the kids had fun. Breakfast was very packed so we skipped."

"Everything was great. There are some problems that could be addressed in the room. The drain in the master bathroom does not drain properly. It's probably time to replace the furniture in the room. The side table next to the bed does not want to close. Also, the furniture is showing its wear. Other than that, everything was great. You asked for my opinion, and I gave it to you. The suite was amazing. Thanks for the upgrade!"
