"Desk staff is EXCELLENT -- esp. Hailey and Adam. I mistakenly left valuable stuff locked in the safe in the room and didn't remember 'til I was back home. I called the hotel and Hailey retrieved it for me, and Adam, the manager, overnighted the things to me. Everyone was very helpful, diligent, polite and quick. I couldn't be more pleased!"

"Front desk staff were awesome, very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The place was really nice, our room was quite spacious and very clean, very quiet, I wish we had stayed a few more nights as I got such a good sleep!"

"The Godfrey Boston is within a 5-10 minute walk of multiple restaurants, shopping, and public transportation options. It is easy to navigate to all of the sights from its location. The area is lively, but street sounds are dampened when you are in your room. We booked a small room on the 3rd floor. Our room and the lobby were clean. Our shower had nearly instant hot water, the bed was comfortable, and the a/c worked great. When we arrived, a $200 deposit was charged to our credit card. There is a daily Urban Fee (which we overlooked when booking). It is deducted from the deposit. I'd be happy to stay at The Godfrey - Boston in the future. "
