"It is a beautiful property particularly in the common spaces (breakfast room, library). The rooms are in need of some work: a few small changes would make the rooms cleaner, brighter and functional. Consider small touches like kleenex and water glasses to more substantial ones like a small refrigerator and a fresh coat of paint.
