"The property is beautiful and most of the staff is wonderful however, the rooms are warm the reasoning I was given was because the air conditioner was apparently effected by the drywall dust when the hotel was built and also I called before hand to make sure we would have adequate transportation to and from the beach the staff then acted as if this was more of a bother and then we were eventually told they would only pick up and drop off every hour on the hour. "

"We enjoyed our stay and the place itself was very clean and comfortable. We were on the fourth floor and were informed less than 24 hours prior that the elevator was out. I think we would have booked something else given the option of a full refund as walking four flights 3-4 times a day was a bit much. The elevator had also be broken for 2 1/2 weeks before our arrival."

"The property was just as described. It was a short walk from the beach and from the Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants. There are also many restaurants and shops just below the property. The communication was excellent, and we enjoyed our weekend. I would stay at a property managed by David again."

"When we arrived the door was open, the room was dirty with a bad smell the house was behind another house there was no light at night my daughter fell I didn't have internet and I couldn't work at home they never did anything to help me two people came into my house at two in the morning since the door did not work, the worst vacation with my children"

"Property owner upgraded mattress which was terrific. However the balcony views of the ocean are now blocked due to new construction. Two of the three open views in the listing are now completely obscured from new development. Maybe it is time to update photos to reflect actual balcony views. Condo has mildew in tub and sliding windows were dirty. Drapes were ripped at the bottom as well as the mesh on screen door. "

"The online description was spot on. We missed the part of the email that told us to print off parking pass before getting to the rental. We had to then find somewhere local to print it off. Turns out there was a laminated parking pass located in the unit we could have used. Prepare ahead for that!! Clean, quiet, quaint! Excellent excellent location!! Go to a public beach access, the beach at Seacrest was overrun and people are on top of each other. We love this spot for a cozy stay!! Suggestions...
