"Tired bedrooms and some stains on the mattress showing through to the bedsheets. Some areas needing to be deeper cleaned tops of curtains and some holes under desk area which have not been filled. No escalators from basement so if you have luggage be aware there are two flights of stairs to go up with your baggage. Positives, comfy bed and clean bathrooms and good service. "

"I was in the annex rooms upstairs. The guy in the room beside me was on his phone on hands free from 12:30pm until 1:30am and I could hear his full conversation with his wife. The walls are just too thin. I could hear him going to the toilet at night also. - Try to get a room inside the actual hotel would be my advice."
