"Staying at Travellers is always a pleasure. The staff is exceptional at front desk and at the bar. All the servers are top notch including Romeo, Ramone, Rodger, etc.
Jermaine at the beach and the other guys were amazing and my housekeeper Fiona was over and above fantastic.

If you're looking for an all-inclusive, relaxing getaway, Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa is an excellent choice! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Our oceanfront property was nothing short of stunning—waking up every day with the view of the crystal-clear Caribbean Sea was truly breathtaking.
The resort offers a variety of exciting excursions, making it the perfect spot for both relaxation and adventure. We enjoyed exploring local attractions and getting immersed in the rich culture of Jamaica. The all-inclusive package made the experience even better—food and drinks were readily available, and we never had to worry about additional costs. Whether it was refreshing cocktails by the pool or delicious meals at the various restaurants, everything exceeded our expectations.
The staff at Grand Palladium was extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The food options were diverse, with multiple cuisines to satisfy all tastes. Our favorite part was having unlimited access to both food and drinks—truly a hassle-free vacation!
The resort’s facilities were well-maintained, with lush tropical gardens, clean pools, and luxurious spa services. The atmosphere was laid-back yet lively, perfect for unwinding or joining in on activities.

"The property was wonderful, the dining options were amazing especially considering it was all-inclusive. The staff were always pleasant and attentive—from the maintenance guy that arrived 5 minutes after I called on arrival to reset the room safe, to all the bartenders and wait staff, to the housekeeping staff and everyone in between.
There were always activity/entertainment options every day and night if you wanted to participate, but there was always space to find solitude and relax."

"Best resort we’ve ever been to. Food was amazing, the staff are SO nice and accommodating to every single need that you could imagine might even arise! Gia with guest services was so helpful, kind and sweet. She helped me coordinate a surprise bday decorations and cake for my son and even threw in a bottle of nonalcoholic champagne. Every single person there you could tell loved their job and if they didn’t you couldn’t tell! The cafe staff even remembered our coffee orders each day, so sweet! Morris from the aqua bar took excellent care of us each day making every single drink to perfection. Only thing I would review even remotely negatively was the buffet food was just ok. Go to the al a cart restaurants for dinner, the food trucks for lunch (AMAZING patties) and the cafe for breakfast items. Avoid the buffet - there are just too many items and many are not appetizing. (Like fish and goat for breakfast YUCK lol). Also, it did rain everyday we were there, sometimes for hours at a time so that sucked but at least it was predictable in the afternoon so we woke up early early and hit the beach. My son loved to snorkel and you can snorkel just steps into the water, kayak, wind sail, paddle boat. The scuba caribe staff who book excursions were amazing! Made a point to make personal connections with guests and we already miss our morning convos and laughs with DeNeesha. Every single person there treat you like family and we return if we can find booking! Peace love Jamaica! "
